Dear guests of wedding couples and their vendors - 2021 Season

Here are the latest Covid updates and requirements for attending a wedding at our farm.

1. We require that all guests and vendors are vaccinated, or tested ahead of any event. And we require all our staff to be vaccinated.

2. We have developed an app for our couples, so they can collect images and proof of either test results, or vaccine cards.

3. Please reach out to the couple who invited you, if they have not already sent you a link for you to upload proof.

4. Guests under 4 years old do not need to be tested.

5. For those who are vaccinated, and have uploaded valid proof, wearing a mask is optional. It is also optional for vaccinated vendors, and staff to wear a mask. We ask that any guests who are not vaccinated, wear a mask, even if they have tested negative.

6. it is optional for vaccinated attendees to also test before attending.

  • Note: “It is a felony to submit false vaccine or test information and the venue will cross-reference all uploads and report any fraudulent cards or test results.

Testers Only:

Helpful information for guests with children and those who plan to test to attend (anyone who will not be able to be fully vaccinated in time for the event).

  • We accept 72-hour PCR Tests and Rapid Antigen tests taken at a pharmacy or medical facility that will issue proof of your results. Please upload proof as soon as you get the results.

  • Antigen over-the-counter kit may only be taken as an emergency as a last resort.

  • If you don’t get your other results in time, or for other reasons have to take an Antigen over-the-counter kit, you must do so at the venue in front of our manager. You have to bring your own FDA Approved kit. We cannot accept tests taken prior to your arrival or images of those kinds of tests.

Children over 4 have to test along with anyone who is not going to be vaccinated by the date of our wedding. We ask that you take the PCR tests as soon as you can to still be within 72 hours of the wedding. In other words, you, or a child can test just after 4PM on the Wednesday preceding your Saturday reception.

Those who need to take an FDA-approved antigen test kit need to bring the test, and it needs to be taken in front of one of our managers and with negative results approved by the manager. Those guests may not mingle or move about the property until the results are back and the manager has cleared the individual. If you test positive, you will be denied entry.

Our farms cannot and will not admit entry to anyone who has not submitted either proof of vaccine or negative test results, or if the proof is not truthful, readable, or verifiable.
