BARN VENUE & SETTING
A Heavenly Wedding Venue Destination
Blenheim is a true destination with multiple event spaces for every part of your celebration.
Indoors, you'll find the Brewery barn, the three-story reception barn, the gallery hall, two mezzanines, and several lounges adorned with antique Victorian furniture.
Outdoors, Blenheim features over 300 private acres of ancient forests, lakes, bridges, an island, pastures, and scenic paths. There are two ceremony sites, cocktail hour areas, and two large tented pavilions—all exclusively for you, your guests, and your photos. And it’s all included in the venue fee.
Here are small galleries of all the spaces you and your guests can enjoy while celebrating your wedding at Blenheim.
Ceremony by the Twin Lakes
The ceremony is held by the twin lakes, which are spring-fed, and you might even spot trout jumping during the vows. The site features a rowboat, bridges, two piers, and a small island. A bluestone path gracefully connects the farmhouse to the aisle and then leads to the barns and cocktail hour area.
The Reception Barn
The main reception barn features three stories, a mezzanine, and two lounges. The barn is gorgeously appointed with whitewashed cross-back chairs with tables and chandeliers designed by the team. Our barn invites real candles on the tables, the food is grown on the farm by our NYC chefs, and prepared in our kitchen downstairs.
The Cocktail Hour Area
For cocktail hour we serve canapes and stationary platters with produce harvested from our greenhouse just minutes before the event. The area is directly outside the reception barn so guests can move in and out by the bonfire throughout the evening. It has a clear roof tent so you can see the string lights and the stars at night.
The Rehearsal Barn
The rehearsal barn is the second barn connected to the reception barn with a stunning chandelier of brewery bottles. The rehearsal barn is primarily designed for your rehearsal welcome dinner, but also serves as a welcome and arrival area for your guests. It is also a wonderful alternative site for ceremonies on very cold days.
The Tented Pop-Up Pavillion
The Pop-Up Pavillion is used as a rain plan site for your ceremony. Unlike other venues who have a 48-hour notice period for tent and rain plans, we have a 45-minute rain plan. The Pavillion has the same great views, but it is covered by our tent. We have chairs for both the lakeside and the tent, that way we can make the decision just before your ceremony. With that flexibility we only have 1-3 rain weddings a year. The pavilions can also be used for large brunches or rehearsals that are over 150 guests.
The Farm House & Getting ready
We have a lovely onsite farmhouse that sleeps 20 guests, and our Virginia Queen also sleeps 20 guests. And it has a large lounge for brides and bridesmaids to get ready. The houses are like sanctuaries for your wedding, and it feels like you are inviting your guests into your home for the weekend.
