Barns. Lakes. Meadows. All Yours.

Wedding Spaces at Blenheim Hill Farm

Every moment of your wedding weekend unfolds in a new space designed with beauty, history, and flexibility. From lakeside vows to candlelit receptions, each corner of Blenheim Hill Farm offers its own atmosphere and story.

Private and secluded, no curfew and no noise restriction.

At most venues, couples are limited to just one or two spaces — often with the ceremony and reception in the same setting, leaving little sense of discovery. At Blenheim Hill Farm, your celebration flows across 200 acres, with private lakes, barns, rustic event buildings, permaculture gardens, meadows, and stunning indoor and outdoor gathering places.

Each part of the weekend has its own backdrop, so your rehearsal doesn’t reveal the reception, your ceremony feels distinct from cocktail hour, and your guests are continually surprised as the weekend unfolds.

Every element of the property is designed with purpose. Four dedicated bonfire sites sit near the spaces where guests gather. Parking is discreetly tucked behind our 90-foot greenhouse, keeping arrivals seamless but never intrusive. And unlike other venues that charge for every location, all of our spaces — from rehearsal dinner through farewell brunch — are included with the site fee. At Blenheim Hill Farm, you’re not renting a barn; you’re hosting a wedding weekend that flows across a living landscape.

The Ceremony Settings: Lake, Pine Grove & Meadow

Your ceremony doesn’t have to be just another walk down the aisle. At Blenheim Hill Farm, you can stand beneath the iconic birch arbor by the Twin Lakes, framed by water and sky, where a rowboat and two piers wait quietly in the background. Or slip into the Pine Grove, where vows feel like a secret whispered under the trees. Or choose the meadow, wide open and a little wild, where the horizon becomes your backdrop. No matter where you say “I do,” it feels less staged — more like a scene from your own story.

The 18th-Century Barn: A Grand Reception Space

This isn’t just a barn — it’s a three-story cathedral of timber beams and candlelight, built back when America was still figuring out electricity. Dinner here feels grand and intimate at the same time, and when the dancing starts, it’s basically impossible to get your friends off the floor. Lucky for you, there’s no curfew — so go ahead and dance until your feet give out.

The Oak Garden: Cocktails & Connection

After the ceremony, guests gather for cocktail hour in the Oak Garden — a grove framed by young oaks and open sky. Cocktails flow, music drifts, and golden-hour light softens into evening. It’s equal parts romantic and photogenic — think your craft signature drink in one hand, canapés in the other. Just the right amount of wild, it’s the perfect transition before the barn doors swing open, the cowbell rings, and the real party begins.

The Brewery Barn: A Rustic Welcome

The Brewery Barn is where the weekend gets its first toast, its first laugh, its first deep exhale. The giant chandelier of old brewery bottles glows overhead, casting a light that feels more speakeasy than rustic barn. Designed with your rehearsal dinner in mind, it’s also the space where couples return in spring for their menu tasting — a first glimpse of the feast to come. And when the weather has a mind of its own, the Brewery Barn becomes the shelter where guests gather as they arrive, buzzing with anticipation, waiting for the ceremony to begin. It’s a space that holds the nerves, raises the first glass, and breaks the ice before the celebration truly begins.

Farmhouses & Guest Lodging

Your wedding weekend doesn’t end when the music stops — it continues in the warmth of our historic farmhouses and nearby guest lodging. Blenheim Hill Farm’s own restored farmhouse sits right on the property, perfect for getting ready and your first night as newlyweds. Additional homes, including the Virginia Queen in Jefferson and our farmhouse at Seven Ponds Farm, welcome family and friends when available. For the rest of your guests, nearby inns and hotels ensure everyone feels close to the celebration.
