Insurance Requirements—Blenheim & Seven Ponds

Dear Vendor. Congratulations on being selected by one of our couples! It is a privilege and a responsibility. And you must carry the necessary insurance, which as a professional in your field, you are used to.

Note: The only way for vendors to be a part of our vendor list is if you have performed well for our couples at our farms in the past. If you are a new vendor, and you do an excellent job for our couples, you will be added to our list of amazing vendors. No vendor can pay to be added to our list, and our farms do not have any financial relationships with vendors. Our couples are not required to choose a vendor from our list.

Proof of insurance is required from the following vendors:

- DJ or Band
- Photobooth or Photo Bus
- Videographers & Photographers
- Decorators & Florists
- Food truck or other types of food purveyor.
- Fireworks
- Antique furniture delivery/placement
- Any outside vendor that is bringing in equipment, objects, and artifacts, and placing them in the barns or outdoor event areas where the wedding guests are present.

Please submit the insurance certificate to the couple or their contact who requested it. The couple will upload it to their Fillable Forms folder on our system, where we will approve it.

Their COI (certificate of insurance) should list our farm entities and the owners as additional insured, as noted below for each farm:
